Limited Warranty and Return/Refund Policy

LIMITED WARRANTY AND RETURN/REFUND POLICY


Care By Air, LLC (“Company”) does not manufacture any of the items it sells and thus cannot control or warrant the quality of each item purchased. Nevertheless, because customer satisfaction is a priority, we can offer a 30-day limited warranty for most of the products we sell. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please do not send your purchase back to the original manufacturer.


EXCEPT FOR THE WARRANTIES CONTAINED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, THE COMPANY MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR BY LAW, WHETHER OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OTHERWISE. YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE REFUND OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED HEREIN. THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER. THE COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. THE COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OR PERSONS CAUSED BY YOUR USE OF ANY PRODUCT, INCLUDING YOUR FAILURE TO UNDERSTAND THE FUNCTIONALITIES OF THE PRODUCT OR FAILURE TO DETERMINE THE SUITABILITY OF THE PRODUCT FOR YOUR INTENDED USE. IN NO EVENT WILL OUR LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT.

The foregoing limitations will apply even if any warranty or remedy provided under this Agreement fails of its essential purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives the Purchaser specific legal rights, and the Purchaser may also have other additional rights, which vary from State to State or by countries.

To be eligible for a return and refund, any item must be unused, in the same condition as when purchased, and be in the original packaging. Defective or damaged items will be replaced with a like item at no charge. You are responsible for the shipping costs for all returned items.


Due to their nature, the following types of goods are sold ‘as is’ and are not eligible for refund or replacement:

  • Perishable goods such as food or organic and preservative-free skincare products with a short shelf life;
  • Intimate or sanitary goods;
  • Hazardous materials, including flammable liquids or gases;
  • Gift cards;
  • “Closeout Sale” items
  • Downloadable software products; and
  • Used or worn health and personal care items, including socks.

To complete your return, send an email to iloveairmail@gmail.com describing the item(s) to be returned, including whether the item is damaged or defective, along with a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase. We will respond with a return code and the mailing address to return the item(s) for any items that may be returned. If you are shipping an item over $75 in value, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of its status, including approval or rejection of your refund, if applicable. If the item is defective or damaged, then a replacement will be sent at no additional charge. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that processing returns may take several days to post to your bank or credit card statement.  Please check your bank or credit card account and your bank or credit card company before following up with us, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted on your statement. Gifts. If an item was marked as a gift when purchased by someone else and shipped directly to you, as the gift recipient, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return instead of a refund. Once the returned item is received, a gift card or certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the order was shipped to the purchaser to give to you later, we will send a refund to the purchaser, who will then learn of your product return.
